Democratic congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib spoke out about Israel barring them from visiting the country during a press conference. They called the actions disturbing and “not consistent with being an ally.” The lawmakers have voiced their support previously for the pro-Palestinian Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement, known as BDS.
